Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with creatively inclined adolescents and young adults who often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. I also support individuals who are healing from grief, especially after difficult or painful relationship experiences. I see being a therapist as more than just a job—it’s a sacred calling. I’m naturally compassionate and genuinely care about people and their stories. I believe that with the right support, connection, and tools, people can heal, grow, and move forward

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are, talk things through, and make sense of what you’re experiencing without judgment. For clients who desire it, I offer faith-based counseling, integrating spiritual values into therapy in a respectful and client-centered way (never forced and only included when it aligns with your goals and comfort level.)

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide the support and guidance you need to feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to yourself as you navigate life’s challenges.
