Great to meet you!

While getting my degree at the University of San Francisco, I worked with adults with alcohol and drug issues, and counseled youth in an elementary and high school setting. Since 2010, I have worked on and off part time at the University of San Diego with college students. I've worked in crisis houses, group homes, and with Veterans in recovery. I like helping people lift their depression, ease their anxiety, and help erase the negative effects of past trauma in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I like to work from where the client is, in collaboration, using an integrative approach.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to always leave my clients feeling better when leaving a session then when they arrived. I try to validate your feelings, provide some education, and help you find some solutions and hope.
