Hi there! My name is Elizabeth and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Educator. I utilize a strengths-based approach to collaborate with Patients to reach their goals and improve their overall well-being. I work with each Patient to develop individualized treatment plans that support in reducing the impact of emotional and mental challenges across environments. I deeply believe in the healing power of connection through therapy and welcome the chance to meet with you.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strengths-based approach and specialize in treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I am also a Social Justice Advocate and LGBTQ++ Ally. I assist Patient's coping with symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Grief, Loss, Trauma, transitions, etc. I additionally support Patient's in discussing topics, such as the gender spectrum, sexuality, as well as intimacy.

What you can expect from me

When meeting with me, Patients can expect a safe space to set down the emotional weight or pressures they may face each day and have an opportunity to process their feelings and experiences. Patients can expect to take intentional coping strategies with them at the end of each session to assist them until their next meeting.
