Great to meet you!

I believe that clients have the ability to choose how to resolve their own problems and can make their own decisions with my assistance. I believe that clients are responsible for their own behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. As a counselor, I hope to promote my client’s greater self-awareness through evaluating and resolving their life experiences that lead to increased confidence, self-esteem, independence, mental health, and the capacity to effectively navigate the complex challenges of life.

My approach to therapy

I work with families, couples, and Individuals. For couples, it's important to understand each other's intimacy needs and develop a more cohesive relationship. For families, it's important to support each other through life's stages and accept their vulnerabilities. For individuals, our past relationships have an impact on current and future relationships which need to be examined and learned from. I am also EMDR trained.

What you can expect from me

We all live in an ever-changing world and sometimes we just need someone to talk to and maybe give us a different perspective and allow us to evaluate our choices with an understanding non-judgmental ear. I would love to assist in providing new outlooks and support new assessments and resolutions of conflicts and issues.
