Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently licensed in the states of Louisiana, Maryland, and Rhode Island. I am a proud graduate of Tulane University and the Tulane University School of Social Work, where I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. With over 11 years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work toward healing and growth.I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself without judgment. I help clients work through anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficult emotions while building healthier coping skills and confidence. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and I work alongside you to help you feel more balanced, empowered, and supported in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to meet each person where they are with warmth, support, and collaboration. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and free to be themselves without judgment. I use a strengths-based and person-centered approach, while incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients navigate challenges, build healthier coping skills, create meaningful change, and improve overall quality of life.

What you can expect from me

For your initial session, you can expect to guide what and how much information you share based on your level of comfort. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns, experiences, and goals at your own pace. During our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, discuss any challenges you may be facing, and begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. Together, we will start building a plan that supports your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
