I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field across a variety of settings. I holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Development, a Master of Science (MS) in Counseling Psychology, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Mythological Studies with an emphasis in Depth Psychology.

My approach to therapy

With a focus on serving specific populations, my target practice includes first responders, military personnel, pre and postpartum mothers, couples seeking premarital counseling, college-aged individuals, hospice patients, and those experiencing bereavement. She also works extensively with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and personality disorders.
