Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with an MSW from Simmons University.

I bring a diverse clinical background across the continuum of care, including inpatient psychiatric settings, emergency department crisis work, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient therapy. This range allows me to move comfortably between stabilization and growth work—whether we’re navigating acute stress, mood and anxiety concerns, trauma-related symptoms, school and family challenges, or life transitions.

I connect especially well with teens and young adults.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, blending Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients set clear goals, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. I work from a focused, down-to-earth style that emphasizes what’s working and how to do more of it.

What you can expect from me

My sessions are structured yet relaxed, culturally responsive, and tailored to each person’s strengths, values, and goals. Together, we’ll clarify what you want to be different, identify small next steps, and track progress in ways that feel motivating and measurable.

If you’re looking for a practical, supportive space that balances empathy with actionable strategies, I’d be honored to work with you.
