Great to meet you!

My name is Elizabeth Yopp and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with children 12 and above, as well as adults of all ages. I'm open-minded and non judgmental, with a patient, flexible and easygoing nature. I value empathy and compassion, have a good sense of humor and pride myself on being an attentive, active listener. I enjoy helping individuals navigate life challenges, such as adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, grief and occupational or relationship difficulties, so they can move forward in a positive direction.

My approach to therapy

My primary methods of treatment are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational therapy. I firmly believe that when individuals develop the right skill set and knowledge, they can enhance their lives and find fulfillment independently, without relying on others for their personal satisfaction

What you can expect from me

We'll begin with introductions and take time to get to know one another in a safe, confidential, and trusting environment. From there, we'll identify the goals that matter most to you and create a personalized treatment plan with a clear timeline to support your needs and help you achieve those goals.
