Great to meet you!

As a bilingual and bicultural English-Spanish therapist, I provide a warm, person-centered approach that integrates solution-focused, humanistic, multicultural, and strengths-based therapy. I believe every person has the ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful change by reconnecting with their inner strengths and the emotional, mental, and spiritual resources they already possess. My work is grounded in authenticity, collaboration, compassion, and the belief that we are stronger when we feel supported through life’s challenges.

Deseo caminar contigo para recuperar tu paz y tu conexion contigo y con los demás.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may feel stressed, disconnected, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. In those moments, it’s easy to lose sight of your strengths. My goal is to walk with you —so you can experience greater balance, resilience, joy, and overall wellness in your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to counseling, recognizing the connection between our physical, emotional, cognitive, social, cultural, and spiritual well-being. I specialize in trauma resolution, resilience building, and overall wellness, while also incorporating natural and wellness-based practices when appropriate. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, I like to help find solutions that work specifically for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will learn about each other. I will tell you about my experience and the scope of my practice, and then I will do a lot of listening!

I want to learn about you, and about what brings you to session.

Together, we will set the first goal for our time together, and some steps to achieve it.

My focus is on giving you practical strategies and tools that you can start using as soon as you leave that first day to start your wellness journey.
