Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Emily Bray and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor as well as a Certified School Counselor from PK-12 with over 8 years of experience working clients of all ages and their families. I have a diverse professional background with experience in a wide array of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma and am passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized care.

My approach to therapy

I take a multidisciplinary approach, which includes an eclectic mix of therapy interventions, as it is important to meet each individual where they are and to work together to develop a treatment plan that best serves the individual in reaching their goals. Creating a non-judgmental and safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings is a top priority.

What you can expect from me

Therapy should be tailored to the individual. This is your process, and my role is to help you on the journey. During our first session, my goal is to take the time to understand you as a unique individual and to create a therapeutic space for you to feel comfortable trusting me as your therapist. I want you to feel that I am a safe person with whom you can confide in, as well as collaborate with to make a meaningful impact on your overall wellbeing. Looking forward to meeting you!
