Great to meet you!

Clients can expect a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where their unique identities and experiences are respected and celebrated. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse adults, and I am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate challenges related to body image, identity, and relationships.

I use a blend of traditional talk therapy and creative art therapy techniques—like painting, drawing, and mirroring—to help clients express themselves in ways that feel authentic and empowering. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, always honoring your pace and comfort level.

I believe that creativity can be a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, creative, and affirming. As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, I integrate traditional talk therapy with art therapy techniques—including painting, drawing, and mirroring—to help clients explore and express their thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment. I primarily work with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse adults, focusing on issues such as body image, identity, and relationships.

I believe that everyone’s healing journey is unique. I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where clients feel seen and respected. Sessions are collaborative and paced according to each client’s needs and comfort level. Whether we’re working individually or in groups, my goal is to empower clients to use creative expression as a tool for self-discovery, resilience, and growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, affirming space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences creatively. My sessions are designed to help you:

  • Gain Insight: Understand yourself better—your identity, emotions, and patterns—through both conversation and art-making.
  • Express Yourself: Use creative processes like painting, drawing, and mirroring to express what’s hard to put into words.
  • Build Coping Skills: Learn practical tools for managing stress, body image, relationship challenges, and other concerns.
  • Feel Seen and Supported: Experience a nonjudgmental environment, especially affirming for LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse adults.
  • Grow Confidence: Strengthen your sense of self and discover new ways to navigate life’s challenges.
