Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist, EMDRIA Certified, and currently deepening my work as a CSAT (Certified Sex Addiction Therapist) candidate. I specialize in helping people navigate the impact of trauma — especially relational trauma — and the ways it can echo through our lives, our relationships, and our sense of self.

I hold a Master’s degree from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and have a professional background in addiction recovery and community mental health. Whether it’s longstanding attachment wounds, toxic relationship cycles, or the weight of developmental or systemic trauma, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to do the deep work. My practice is rooted in anti-racist and LGBTQIA+ allied values — because healing requires safety, dignity, and belonging.

Above all, I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves — to understand how past pain has shaped them, and to build a more present, joyful, and authentic life from that understanding. If that sounds like something you're ready for, I’d be honored to support you on the path.

My approach to therapy

I am very relational and eclectic in my practice; therapy is not a one size fits all treatment. I make it a point to ensure whatever interventions used feel most effective to my clients, and this is something we discuss and discover together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will ask you to share about what brings you to therapy and what goals you have. I will also offer an opportunity for you to ask me questions to ensure I am the right clinician for you!
