Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, anger management, bipolar disorder, and panic disorders. I earned my MA in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School in 2020 and have since worked with a wide range of clients. My approach is trauma-informed, warm, and grounded in creating a safe, thoughtful space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported in their healing.

My approach to therapy

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will work with you to identify negative thought patterns and behaviors. We will focus on recognizing distorted thinking, developing healthier habits, and finding strategies to tackle unhelpful behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Together we will set uplifting goals and learn new skills for your happiness and well-being.
