Essence is a registered art therapist and licensed clinical professional counselor in the states of Illinois and Texas. Essence works with adults and adolescents working through various life challenges while shifting towards value-based living.

As someone who has personally experienced the pressures of hustle culture, I value helping clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and develop sustainable structures that support both their well-being and goals. I often incorporate art-based techniques and reflective exercises to help clients explore their experiences beyond words and gain new insight into their emotional worlds.
