Great to meet you!

I started in the mental health field in 2007 and was a licensed professional counselor in 2014 after graduating with a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling in December 2013. I am a trauma focused counselor and have been primarily focused in teletherapy since 2020. I have an extensive background in working with those with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Transgender issues, and most issues related to trauma including PTSD.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both warmly personal and treatment plan focused. I will work with you to determine what your treatment needs are based on the outcomes of the Comprehensive Clinical Assessment. As we work together on these first two steps of onboarding for therapy with me we will begin to build the bonds necessary to successfully engage in the process of counseling.

What you can expect from me

You should expect to gain insight and understanding of your situation as a part of gaining mental health stability. You should expect to feel better!
