Great to meet you!

Do you ever worry that sexual challenges might be affecting your relationships? Maybe you’re struggling with desire, arousal, or orgasm. Maybe past trauma makes intimacy feel overwhelming, or you’re navigating questions about sexuality, kink, or non-monogamy. These challenges can feel isolating—but you don’t have to face them alone. (Headway does not show my correct availability. Reach out to me at [email protected].)

Hi, I’m Trey, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Virginia, and Alabama, and a queer, affirming therapist currently earning my Sex Therapy Certification through the Sexual Health Alliance. I work with individuals to explore intimacy, sexuality, and connection in ways that feel safe, authentic, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

Together, we can address a broad spectrum of concerns—from sexual dysfunction, low desire, and shame around pleasure, to healing from sexual trauma or finding balance in monogamous, polyamorous, or kink relationships. My approach is sex-positive and compassionate, helping you reconnect with your body, your values, and the intimacy you deserve.

Therapy with me is honest, supportive, and often infused with humor. We’ll tackle difficult topics without judgment and focus on building a life where both your relationships and your sexuality can thrive. If you’re ready to feel more connected—within yourself and with others—let’s talk.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my clients walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves—their thoughts, emotions, values, and patterns. They learn how to stop fighting with their feelings and start listening to them instead, using that insight to make intentional, values-based choices.

You’ll leave sessions not just feeling heard, but with practical tools to cope, communicate, and take meaningful action in your life. That might mean setting boundaries, handling anxiety or overwhelm, improving relationships, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that got lost along the way.

Most importantly, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident in who you are, more compassionate with yourself, and more capable of facing life’s challenges with clarity and purpose.
