Great to meet you!

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy—you just have to be willing to show up. I work with late teens and young adults who are facing the often-overwhelming transitions that come with building relationships, balancing life changes and/or figuring out what's next.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in your relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety, or just unsure of your next step, I’m here to help you make sense of it. My approach is grounded in person-focused therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a strong emphasis on communication, emotional regulation, and building insight.

I’ve worked in emergency rooms, high schools, and everywhere in between. I’ve seen the full range of human experience, and I can confidently say—very little shocks me. What matters most is creating a space where you feel safe enough to be real. From there, we take it one step at a time.

If you're ready to explore change at your own pace, I'm here to walk with you.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered, collaborative approach that’s rooted in trust, compassion, and curiosity. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, and navigating difficult thoughts or behaviors. Whether we’re exploring relationship dynamics, managing anxiety, or facing a major life transition, I believe real change happens one step at a time—with honesty, consistency, and the right support. My role is to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and empowered to move forward at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you don’t have to have it all together. We’ll talk honestly about what’s going on in your life—whether it’s anxiety, relationship stuff, or just feeling stuck—and work through it together. I’ll help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, build tools that actually work in real life, and figure out what small steps can lead to real change. Some sessions might feel deep, others might feel like a reset.
