Great to meet you!

My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches. Whether you’re a teen working through identity and school stress or an adult managing career and life demands, you’ll be met with empathy and support.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist because I believe healing begins with being heard, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about helping people move through pain and overwhelm and reconnect with their inner strength. You don’t have to face hard things alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.

What you can expect from me

I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, burnout, and life crises. Whether you’re struggling with persistent stress, emotional numbness, or feeling like you’re in survival mode, we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing. My goal is to help you gain clarity, learn tools to cope, and feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges.
