Great to meet you!

If you’re interested in Art Therapy, you’re in the right place. With a Masters degree in Art Therapy and Counseling, I’ve worked with teens and adults in outpatient therapy for the last 8 years. Together, let’s lean into skills, evidenced-based practices, creatively. I hope to remind others that there is no "right way" to be a human. You are the expert on your life. I will simply assist your goals by bringing in education, perspectives, listening, curiosity, and compassionate inquiry.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in Art Therapy. In creative action and solution-focused problem solving, let's see what uniquely works for YOU, while uncovering your own values for living. Using an array of practices such as art, writing, mindfulness, breathwork, somatics, and more, we can connect to our innate abilities to to calm our nervous system. No prior "art skills" are needed.

What you can expect from me

I want to help you be the best version of yourself, with more self-compassion, awareness, and trust. We can experience an array of issues at any given time and navigating changes, transitions, endings, beginnings, and loss is hard. It throws us off. I hope to help you return to a course that feels more supportive, despite these issues that may arise in life.
