My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. I utilized evidence based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness, to help my clients reach their full potential.
Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where they are gently invited to explore what’s weighing on them. Whether it’s emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, or simply feeling stuck, together, we will start identifying your goals and the patterns that may be getting in the way, laying the foundation for healing and growth.
