Great to meet you!

My name is Felixia. I was named after my dad---Felix! I have been in practice since 2012, and have a master's degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

My main areas of treatment focus are chronic illness, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, schizoaffective disorder, and trauma.

I became a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor in 2018, belong to several organizations that focus on the advancement of mental health issues in our community, and am well-informed on mental healthcare legislature in Minnesota and California.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the best path to complete and effective treatment is an integrative approach where the therapy is tailored to fit each individual client’s needs. I view therapy as a team effort between the client and the therapist to work towards goals such as resiliency, emotional functioning, self-awareness, and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

I make it a priority to practice in the most honest and transparent way that I can, in an effort to make each session as comfortable as possible.
