Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a licensed clinical Social Worker for 4 years but have been in the mental health field for over 15 years. I have a Master's in Social work and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Mental Health. I have experience working with Mental health diagnoses such as Depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, Schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, DMDD, and Adjustment disorders. My specialty is working with teens adults, couples, and families.

My approach to therapy

My practice is a client-centered approach. The techniques and interventions will be tailored to my client's needs. My job is to support and guide them in their healing process. I prefer to use evidence-based approaches, such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

What you can expect from me

I want to make my clients feel that they have a safe space to voice their thoughts, feelings, and concerns. They can expect from me respect, honesty, support, and care. I will always provide honest feedback and will challenge them when appropriate.
