My approach to therapy

My goal is to gain an in-depth knowledge of your specific needs using our talk space to deepen self-awareness, provide psychoeducation, and empathically nurture growth by teaching the tools needed to achieve goals. The initial session will focus on completing a comprehensive assessment. I have worked with families, children, adolescents, and adults. I will guide, support, mentor, and collaborate with you on establishing goals to best meet your needs.
