Great to meet you!

Are you feeling lost in your new identity as a mother? Do you feel overwhelmed with the pressure to be the "perfect" mom? Do you find yourself constantly worrying about being able to juggle your roles and responsibilities? These thoughts are common but motherhood is HARD. Becoming a mother is one of the biggest transitions in life, and it can feel overwhelming, isolating, and even scary at times. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or finding your identity again after having a baby, you are not alone—I’m here to help.

I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. In my professional career, I’ve worked with various populations and addressed many complex experiences with clients. I have worked in inpatient eating disorder settings, non-profit work with children and families, as well as adults with chronic pain struggles. My broad range of clinical experiences has deepened my understanding of human resilience and reinforced my commitment to supporting clients in achieving meaningful healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in maternal mental health, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can share your fears, intrusive thoughts, and challenges without shame. Together, we will work to normalize your experience, help you feel more like yourself again, and navigate this stage of motherhood with more confidence and ease.

What makes my practice unique is that I’m not only a therapist—I’m also a toddler twin mom who has personally experienced postpartum anxiety and depression. I understand firsthand how difficult and all-consuming this transition can be. That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting moms through this stage, making sure they feel seen, heard, and truly understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect to share more about your experiences in a safe and validating space. My goal is to help you feel less alone and more empowered as you step into this new chapter of your life. You deserve support, and I’d be honored to walk this journey with you.

Reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation—I’d love to connect.
