Grace Pool (She/They) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina. They earned a Masters of Counseling in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy from Adler Graduate School in Minnesota. Adlerian psychology is grounded in social justice and the idea that we are all seeking a sense of belonging in this world.

Grace works with individuals and couples who want to use therapy as a space to explore who they are beyond their defenses, their worries, and their insecurities. Grace enjoys supporting people through trauma, relationship issues, neurodivergence, chronic pain, and identity exploration.

My approach to therapy

Weaving together a range of approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment theory, parts work, somatic practices, mindfulness, and EMDR- they’ll take time to find what truly works for you.
