Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in Texas. I attained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of North Texas in 2013. I then went straight into graduate school two weeks after I completed my bachelor's degree. I graduated with my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University in 2015. In between that time, I had a child and moved to Michigan in 2020.

My approach to therapy

I utilize several different evidence-based treatment modalities. I like to use the first session to get to know you, so that I know which approach is going to benefit you the most.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that everyone can take away more tools to help them with their daily lives after every session. The therapeutic relationship is important to me, so I want you to also feel that you were heard and validated after every session.
