Great to meet you!

My own experiences with trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression have guided me towards becoming a therapist. EMDR, IFS, and attachment work in my own therapy has brought immense healing to me personally and empathy as a therapist. I am inspired by the strength and resiliency of women in a world that places immeasurable pressure on us to be perfect, polite, and put together. I love therapy, both as a client and clinician, and hope to support you in finding healing in your own life.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self. In our sessions, you will be met with kindness and curiosity, without judgment. My approach to therapy is warm and supportive with a touch of humor. I typically work with women experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief, and depression. My goal is to help you feel deeply connected to your authentic self, befriend and heal your inner child, and find compassion for the parts of yourself that you’ve been hard on.

What you can expect from me

My hope is for you to leave every session with a greater understanding of your own internal world, the burdens your system is carrying, relief in knowing you are not alone, and the ability to begin extending kindness towards yourself. In our sessions, tears are welcomed and laughter is encouraged, as you feel more connected to your truest self.
