Great to meet you!

I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon and my Master of Social Work from Portland State University. I have worked in residential treatment centers with adolescents and young adults as well provided outpatient therapy to youth and their families. I have experience supporting those who struggle with anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe in each person’s inherent potential and capacity for change. I value the power of self-compassion and work to support clients in building a kinder, more understanding relationship with themselves, especially in the face of challenges. I use an eclectic approach, incorporating elements of attachment theory, narrative therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I strive to create a collaborative, empathetic environment where clients feel safe to explore, reflect, and heal.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, open space where they feel seen and heard. Together, we explore the stories and relationships that shape their experiences, with an emphasis on building self-awareness and fostering self-compassion. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges with more ease, and create stronger, more fulfilling connections in their lives.
