Great to meet you!

I'm Haylee Maynard, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and practical support.

For more than ten years, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including private practice, community mental health, integrated healthcare, residential treatment, and inpatient psychiatric care. My experience has allowed me to support people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, behavioral challenges, and emotional struggles. I have also worked extensively with youth and families involved in foster care, juvenile justice systems, and other complex life circumstances.

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from National University and my Master of Science in War & Psychiatry from King's College London. I value lifelong learning and continually expand my clinical expertise.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens within safe, authentic relationships. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person's unique needs and strengths. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), family systems therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions, I help clients develop insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I am here to explore the challenges together, identify skills for growth, and work toward greater value-based living and connection.
