I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience helping adults, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges. My background includes work in schools, mental health settings, private practice, and clinical supervision. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work and provide therapy to clients in Oklahoma and Virginia. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, and burnout. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping clients create meaningful change in their lives.
