Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of clinical background. I've worked with supporting adults through substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and occupational and life changes. I have extensive experience working with first responders and law enforcement, as well as young adults transitioning into adulthood. My approach is solution-focused and empowering, helping clients build practical tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. I strongly believe that healing is possible for everyone and strive to create a space where individuals feel supported, capable, and hopeful.

My approach to therapy

I take an open and collaborative approach to therapy, focusing on truly listening and creating a supportive, judgment-free space. While I use solution-focused strategies and CBT tools when helpful, I believe the most important part of therapy is working together to figure out what you need. Whether you’re seeking healing, support, or direction, I aim to meet you where you are. I see therapy as a partnership, and I’m here to walk alongside you in that process.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you’ll find a relaxed, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and begin identifying what you’d like to work toward, whether that’s healing, coping tools, or clarity. I take a collaborative approach, so we’ll work together to figure out what feels most helpful for you. By the end, my hope is that you feel comfortable, understood, and confident in moving forward together.
