My approach to therapy

I offer a warm space of non-judgment & acceptance. As an LPC Supervisor, I specialize in working with mood disorders, trauma, relationships, & addictions. As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, certified in Nutritional Psychology, I help with lifestyle changes that positively affect mood & wellness. I am certified with IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback, which is an amazing tool to help reset the brain & calm the nervous system. I take an integrative approach incorporating mind, body, & soul.
