I obtained my Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy as well as a Masters in Human Resources, I have always made it to my position to serve people and to help them obtain their goals whether in a corporate setting or a therapeutic one. I enjoy helping clients from ages 7 and up with issues like anxiety and depression. I also enjoy assisting individuals decipher their relationship issues.

My approach to counseling is to get to know you and not just your issue. The Integrative Counseling Approach allows me to combine the components from different therapeutic techniques to arrive at the best treatment option for you. My specialty is helping you!

After session my clients leave with a better understanding behind their motivations for certain actions.
