Great to meet you!

Do you repeatedly find yourself trapped in toxic relationships? Are unresolved childhood traumas and early attachment wounds keeping you stuck in destructive cycles? Navigating life with a traumatic past and ongoing CPTSD is challenging. I provide a safe, compassionate space to heal and break free from harmful patterns. My focus includes women stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, nontraditional relationships such as polyamory, late autism diagnoses in women, and the role of spirituality in recovery. Let’s work together to rediscover your authentic self and build healthier connections.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love playing with manifestation, and during several personal and clients' life situations I noticed that negative core beliefs formed due to trauma holds us back from manifesting the life we desire. I use different trauma processing methodologies such as EMDR, IFS, SE to name a few to heal from past wounds.

What you can expect from our first session

Poverty, lack of resources, survival strategies, marginalization, neurodiversity, several failed relationships, narcissistic work and personal environments, were tough to face. life still hits hard sometimes AND that is what made me who I am, an empathetic person who can provide a safe space and a non judgmental witness and that's what my clients appreciate

Hema's style is

Warm
Open-minded
Holistic
