Great to meet you!

You’re the one everyone depends on — but lately, it’s been feeling like too much. Maybe your mind won’t slow down, you’re feeling overwhelmed, or you’re functioning on the outside while struggling internally. I’m Indya, founder of In2Dypth, and I specialize in helping high-functioning teens, young adults and professionals manage anxiety, depression, and stress using practical, evidence-based CBT strategies.

In our work together, we will focus on understanding thought patterns that fuel anxiety, building emotional regulation skills, reducing overwhelm and burnout, strengthening confidence and coping skills.

My style is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space that feels both supportive and structured. If you’re ready to feel more in control and emotionally grounded, I invite you to reach out.

My approach to therapy

I help adults and professionals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and burnout. Using a CBT approach, we'll identify unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and set practical goals. You can expect greater clarity, confidence, healthier relationships, and tools to better manage life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a trauma-informed approach. Sessions are collaborative, structured, and supportive. You can expect a balance of meaningful conversation and practical tools to help you shift unhelpful patterns, build coping skills, and create lasting change in your daily life.
