Great to meet you!

I am a clinical therapist and advocate for positive change. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help improve communication, relationships, health, and well-being. My specialties include anger management, anxiety and depression, and drinking to cope. In my practice, I use the Alpha Element® 5-Step Plan to help empower my clients.

I have much compassion and love in my heart for my clients and I am committed to supporting their journeys toward health, peace, and joy.

My approach to therapy

Fostering connection, hope, and healing gives me purpose. I am engaged, curious, and nonjudgmental in my approach as I help my client unpack and understand feelings, disempowerment, and reactive patterns in their communication and relationships. My overall objective is to empower my clients to learn tools and techniques to self-manage and continue to hold themselves accountable. Please reach out to me to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good match.

What you can expect from me

I am a life-long learner with a passion for exploring and promoting initiatives that can help people live healthier, more balanced lives. My mission is to empower individuals with tools and strategies to manage stress, improve relationships, and live their best lives. In my practice, I apply a framework of four patterns in behavior and communication to help my clients identify and recognize their own strengths in a new way and practice emotion regulation and stress management strategies.
