Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Irene, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes growth happens when we feel supported, challenged, and understood. My approach is warm, inquisitive, and empowering. I enjoy helping clients gain insight, explore patterns that may be holding them back, and build on their strengths to create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, grow in confidence, and move toward the life you want for yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel both understood and challenged. I use curiosity and thoughtful questioning to help clients gain insight into their experiences, identify patterns that may no longer serve them, and develop new ways of responding to life's challenges. My goal is to empower clients to build on their strengths, increase self-awareness, and create lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can share their concerns at their own pace. During our first session, I focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and exploring your goals for treatment. I will ask questions to better understand your experiences while creating space for you to ask questions and share what is most important to you. Together, we will begin identifying strengths, areas for growth, and a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable.
