Following graduate school in Chicago, I moved back to my home state of NJ and I have been working at RWJ/Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth since 2021. I've worked with children/teens with a variety of mental health and behavioral needs including ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidality, Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as children who have experienced trauma.
Our childhood experiences shape who we are, and many children experience trauma or have some unmet need that follows us into adulthood and makes life even harder than it already is. Being a parent is hard. It takes a village, and I hope to support your child (and you!) through the messiness of being a human.
Life is hard, whether you are a kid or a grown-up, AND when we have the right support, it is a little easier. You should be proud of yourself for taking the first step of your therapy journey or that of your child, and I am here to help.
