My approach to therapy

Dr. Jaclyn Lewis-Croswell is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in treatment of sleep disorders such as insomnia, nightmares, sleep walking, acute and chronic medical conditions, cancer, somatic symptoms, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and trauma (PTSD). She is trained in CBT-I, ACT, EMDR, PE, Hypnosis and Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy. Treatment is tailored to each client to meet each person's goals.
