Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with ADHD symptoms, anger, anxiety, or confidence issues? Do you constantly feel like you are masking emotions or pushing through the pain smiling as if nothing is wrong? Let me say, you are not alone. I am here to support you and navigate these thoughts to empowerment. I work with adult, teen, and child clients in the Edmond and OKC Metro via telehealth. No matter where you have been or are going I am committed to helping you navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful and realistic goals. It takes time and hard work to achieve stability, but we can explore strategies to fit your needs best

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is grounded in respect for diversity, cultural sensitivity and inclusivity. I recognize that each person's experiences and needs are unique and tailor the treatment plan accordingly. I might occasionally challenge the client to improve session outcomes and gain a better understanding and perspective of an issue

What you can expect from me

Let me walk with you on your journey to find a sense of empowerment! If you or a loved one is ready to embark on a journey of healing and personal growth I am here to walk next to you or them as we grow and reflect. Remember you are not alone and that in order to grow you have to fight forward, not back
