Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Jacqueline, but you can call me Jax if you'd like. I have 20 years' experience in counseling and have been licensed to practice independently for 13 years. My role is to explore the relationship between people and the world around them. I have post-graduate, specialized training in anxiety, physical health, sexual health and orientation, ADHD, and trauma-based interventions. I currently work with adults, couples, and college students.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, therefore I am dedicated to tailoring our sessions to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe it is important to explore the joys in life in order to better understand how to move through challenges. I often use humor, metaphors, and real-world examples to apply in-session clinical interventions into everyday practice. If the treatment plan we have created needs to change, that's normal. It's a process. We will go at your pace.

What you can expect from me

I want to create a space where you can feel heard and supported as you work to address. Together, we’ll explore ways to move forward that feel right for you.
