Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be both compassionate and practical. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build emotional resilience.

I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My style is conversational and goal-oriented, balancing empathy with honest feedback to help clients gain clarity and confidence in their growth. I value authenticity and encourage open communication throughout the therapeutic process.

Clients often share that I help them feel seen without judgment and supported in discovering new ways to handle stress and reconnect with their strengths. I view therapy as a partnership, and together we’ll work toward creating lasting positive change and a more fulfilling sense of self.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach to therapy. I earned my Master of Social Work from Fordham University and have over five years of experience providing care in community mental health, private practice, and telehealth settings. My background has allowed me to support adults, teens, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with more balanced, empowering ways of thinking. I also integrate mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care to promote resilience and self-awareness. My approach is collaborative and straightforward I believe in meeting clients where they are while helping them build practical tools to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen relationships.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore challenges without judgment, and develop the confidence to make meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space to talk openly about what brings them to therapy. We’ll begin by exploring your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. I’ll also share more about my approach, answer any questions you may have, and work collaboratively with you to create a plan that feels comfortable and realistic.

My goal in the first session is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to take the next steps toward growth. You won’t be expected to have everything figured out this is a space to slow down, reflect, and begin building a trusting relationship where we can work together to make meaningful change.
