Great to meet you!

Sometimes a thoughtful conversation with the right person can make all the difference. As an experienced therapist, husband, and father, I bring both professional training and real-life wisdom to help people navigate life’s challenges. Over many years of both life and clinical work, I’ve had the privilege of helping people move through difficult seasons, gain clarity, and reconnect with their strengths. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or you’re returning after time away, it’s normal to feel uncertain. Our first conversation is simply a starting point. I often work with people facing life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, seeking clarity and a practical path forward. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand what’s happening, and identify steps that help move you forward. If you are going through a difficult season, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My approach to therapy

I focus on how early relational patterns influence current emotions and behaviors. I help clients build secure, healthy connections by understanding and reshaping attachment dynamics. This often leads to stronger, more fulfilling relationships and a greater sense of emotional security.

I guide clients to develop present-moment awareness of thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations. By cultivating non-judgmental attention, clients can better manage stress, reduce reactivity, and respond more calmly. This fosters a deeper sense of clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

I insure that clients feel safe, empowered, and understood. I recognize the impact of past trauma on current experiences and use approaches that foster trust and emotional regulation. By understanding trauma responses, I help clients build resilience and regain control over their well-being.

I focus on identifying and amplifying clients inherent abilities and resources. I help them recognize their own strengths, using those as tools for growth and problem absolving. This fosters confidence, resilience, and a positive outlook on their journey.

What you can expect from me

Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’re returning after a break, I know it can feel a little intimidating. In our first session, we’ll start at your pace. Expect a warm, open conversation where I listen to what’s on your mind. We’ll identify what matters to you and outline how I can support you, so you’ll leave knowing we have a path forward together.
