I am an LCWS with a Masters from The Ohio State University. I work with adults 18+ and I have helped people navigate crisis, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. I provide a compassionate and welcoming environment and encourage clients to come as they are and not hold back.
I work alongside my clients, utilizing motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT and the most important style; empathy which is tailored to meet every client's individualized needs because no two people are ever alike. I believe that warmth and even a little humor have their place in therapy. Life is hard but not every obstacle has to be heavy and sometimes laughter is part of the healing process.
I offer an open, warm, and compassionate environment where clients feel free to express themselves without judgement. Although life is challenging, humor can often help with the healing process and that is something that can be found working with me.
