I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker treating patients in Florida through telehealth and in-person. I have experience working with individuals struggling with alcohol/substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, and more. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, FL, a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL, and a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.

I integrate the best components of several therapies to help you change unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, emotions, and relationship patterns that keep you stuck. I will collaborate with you, using motivational enhancement strategies, to help you progress through the stages of positive change.

I completed clinical studies in a variety of settings including Broward Health Medical Center psychiatric unit, Broward County Public Schools, Community Based Mental Health Facilities, Group Practices, and Drug Treatment facilities.

Your first session is a safe, supportive space to share what brings you to therapy. The therapist will get to know your concerns, background, and goals, while answering any questions you may have about the process. Together, you’ll begin outlining a treatment plan that fits your needs and moves at your pace.
