Great to meet you!

I have been a Social Worker for over 20 years, with experience serving adults navigating various struggles and life transitions. After obtaining my Master's degree in Social Work, I spent 3 years on Skid Row working with homeless Veterans while I gained my clinical hours.

I work best with adult clients dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges and life transitions-especially those looking for support without a rigid or overly structured format. I am

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in a client-centered, supportive style that prioritizes connection, trust, and real dialogue. Sessions are tailored to you! My approach focuses on helping you:

  • Slow down and feel more present
  • Respond to your thoughts instead of feeling controlled by them
  • Accept what you can't control and focus on what you can
  • Clarify your values and direction
  • Take practical, meaningful action

For those who desire it, I incorporate faith into our work through biblical principles, value exploration and optional prayer.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just a conversation. We'll talk about what's been going on, what led you to reach out and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. You don't need to prepare anything ahead of time, and there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. I'll help guide the conversation, ask questions when helpful and make sure you feel supported throughout.

Finding the right fit matters, and you're encouraged to use this first session as an opportunity to see if this feels like the right space for you!
