Great to meet you!

LIFE IS SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD! I can help make that declaration a reality. I have enjoyed growing in the counseling, therapy, and coaching fields for 25 years and have specialized training and experience in life coaching, grief recovery, trauma, narcissistic abuse, LGBT, and couples therapy.

I work with adults 18+ who are motivated and willing to embrace change to produce new results for themselves and their relationships.

My approach to therapy

To meet each person's needs and develop a plan from the first session forward, I listen and hear what's said and not said, utilizing intuition, empathy, and experience to assess effective approaches. I have a considerate but poignant delivery style, designing questions to help you develop insight—a deeper understanding of what blocks you from achieving your uniquely desired results.

What you can expect from me

Clients are challenged to ponder new ideas and gradually practice and implement new skills. Insights often occur in my office, but change happens after you leave. My goals begin and end with meeting you where you are, understanding where you want to go, and helping draw a map to get there.
