Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with young adults and adults with a wide range of concerns including adjustment, anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. I have extensive training in a range of psychotherapeutic treatment techniques and tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of any individual or couple.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive training in a range of psychotherapeutic treatment modalities and techniques including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed treatment, parent guidance, and group work. I tend to favor a psychodynamic approach, which focuses on the impact of early experiences on how we think and feel about ourselves and interact with others; however, I tailor my interventions to meet the unique, integrated needs of any individual.

What you can expect from me

With warmth, empathy, and curiosity, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them feel understood and recognized. I help my clients develop insight into patterns of behavior that get in their way of being successful or feeling fulfilled. I believe in helping clients access their resiliency and strengths while building skills to navigate the change process. By doing this, clients can make choices that lead them to live freer, more satisfying, and successful lives.
