Great to meet you!

You've probably spent a lot of time explaining yourself to people who almost got it. I work with children, teens, adults, and families across a wide range of experiences, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery. I specialize in affirming, culturally responsive care for LGBTQ+ individuals, transgender clients, and people in nontraditional relationship structures, and I bring more than 10 years of experience meeting people where they are. Whatever brings someone to therapy, I work to understand their full picture.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is less about cataloging what's wrong and more about finding what you already have to work with. Together, we set real goals and build skills that hold up outside the session. I check in often about whether our approach is landing and adjust as you grow. I tend to work especially well with people who want to be gently challenged, who have felt misunderstood or unseen in other spaces, and who are ready to have their voice treated as the most important one in the room.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. I'm just as interested in your strengths as I am in what brought you in. If you're ready to work toward being a better human for yourself, I'd love to hear from you.
