Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am both a licensed mental health counselor and registered nurse with over 17 years of experience helping people and couples navigate the complexities of their lives. Presenting concerns may include PTSD/trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, intense anger, difficulty coping or transitioning, challenges with relationships, and poor body image (with or without eating concerns).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in helping people with difficult relationship dynamics whether in families, between romantic partners, or in large complex systems (like a workplace). I am an expert in trauma recovery, especially in relation to narcissistic abuse. I work well with anxiety, stress reduction, resiliency building, and identity development.

What you can expect from our first session

You'll receive holistic, positive, and supportive interventions that promote self-awareness and interrupt unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors that lead to being "stuck". I am an educator and strategic coach. After a session with me, you will feel encouraged and inspired to live your best life!
